Your organisation’s AI use is ungoverned.
Let’s fix that in 15 minutes.
AI without governance is a liability
The EU AI Act is gradually entering into force. Organisations that lack control over their AI use face fines, reputational damage and legal consequences. But AI governance isn’t just about compliance. It’s about building trust, reducing risk and maximising the value of your AI investments.

Everything you need to know
Who is the AI Governance Starter for?
It is designed for any organisation that uses AI — from SMEs with no governance structure in place to mid-market companies that need to systematise their existing approach. It is particularly relevant for organisations subject to the EU AI Act as providers, deployers or distributors of AI systems.
How long does the gap analysis take?
The full assessment covers 47 questions across 5 modules and takes 15–30 minutes for someone with knowledge of their organisation’s AI use. You can save and resume at any time, or complete one module per session. Questions not relevant to your organisation can be marked N/A, the scoring adjusts automatically.
Do I need to be an AI or legal expert?
No. The questions are written in plain language with descriptive answer options, no technical or legal expertise required. Each question explains what it measures and why it matters.
How does the maturity scoring work?
Each question is scored on a 1–5 scale with descriptive anchors. Questions marked N/A are excluded from the calculation, so your score reflects your actual situation, not questions that don’t apply to you. The maturity percentage is calculated on the adjusted maximum, and five levels (Initial to Optimised) correspond to percentage bands.
Is this aligned with the EU AI Act?
Yes. The platform offers both regulatory support, with reference to the EU AI Act (Regulation (EU) 2024/1689), and best practice guidance on AI governance.
