New Transparency Requirements – Is Your Organization Ready for Article 50?

Since August 2026, organizations that develop or use certain AI systems have had to meet new transparency requirements under Article 50 of the EU AI Act. Among other things, the requirements cover informing users that they are interacting with AI, labelling AI-generated content, and providing clear information when using emotion recognition or biometric categorisation systems.
