Vad inneb\u00e4r \"f\u00f6rbjuden AI\"?<\/strong><\/h2>\n

EU:s AI-f\u00f6rordning definierar f\u00f6rbjudna AI-system som system vars anv\u00e4ndning anses grundl\u00e4ggande of\u00f6renlig med EU:s v\u00e4rderingar, s\u00e5som m\u00e4nsklig v\u00e4rdighet, integritet och icke-diskriminering. F\u00f6rordningen f\u00f6rbjuder d\u00e4rf\u00f6r organisationer att sl\u00e4ppa ut dessa system p\u00e5 EU-marknaden eller anv\u00e4nda dem inom EU, oavsett syfte, skydds\u00e5tg\u00e4rder eller anv\u00e4ndarens samtycke. F\u00f6rbjuden AI ligger h\u00f6gst upp i f\u00f6rordningens fyrgradiga riskmodell (oacceptabel, h\u00f6g, begr\u00e4nsad, minimal). EU:s AI-f\u00f6rordning s\u00e4tter nya standarder f\u00f6r hur organisationer utvecklar och anv\u00e4nder AI inom Europeiska unionen. Exempel \u00e4r r\u00f6stbaserad p\u00e5verkan, k\u00e4nslom\u00e4ssig manipulation i barninneh\u00e5ll eller att f\u00f6rm\u00e5 m\u00e4nniskor till skadliga handlingar. Varf\u00f6r f\u00f6rbjudet: EU:s AI-f\u00f6rordning f\u00f6rbjuder AI som \"p\u00e5verkar m\u00e4nskligt beteende\" eller utnyttjar anv\u00e4ndares svagheter p\u00e5 s\u00e4tt som kan orsaka psykisk eller fysisk skada.<\/li>\n
  2. AI som utnyttjar s\u00e5rbara personer<\/strong>
    \nAI-system som riktar sig mot individer eller grupper genom att utnyttja s\u00e5rbarheter kopplade till \u00e5lder, funktionsneds\u00e4ttning eller socioekonomisk situation. Varf\u00f6r f\u00f6rbjudet: Utnyttjande undergr\u00e4ver den m\u00e4nskliga v\u00e4rdigheten och strider mot EU:s ramverk f\u00f6r grundl\u00e4ggande r\u00e4ttigheter.<\/li>\n

    \nAI-system som bed\u00f6mer eller rangordnar individer utifr\u00e5n personligt beteende, socioekonomisk status eller f\u00f6rutsp\u00e5dda egenskaper. Varf\u00f6r f\u00f6rbjudet: Social po\u00e4ngs\u00e4ttning kan leda till diskriminering och undergr\u00e4va r\u00e4ttvisan, och v\u00e4cker samma farh\u00e5gor som mass\u00f6vervakning och sociala kreditsystem i verkligheten.<\/li>\n
  4. Prediktivt polisarbete baserat p\u00e5 profilering eller beteende<\/strong>
    \nAI-system som f\u00f6rutsp\u00e5r brottsligt beteende eller potentiell brottslighet utifr\u00e5n datam\u00f6nster eller personliga egenskaper.   6. Biometrisk fj\u00e4rridentifiering i realtid p\u00e5 offentlig plats<\/strong>
    \nAI-system som utf\u00f6r ansiktsigenk\u00e4nning i realtid eller biometrisk sp\u00e5rning i offentliga utrymmen, s\u00e4rskilt i brottsbek\u00e4mpande sammanhang. Varf\u00f6r f\u00f6rbjudna: Dessa system hotar integritet och medborgerliga friheter.
